Larger, multi-level estates with basements, attics, or outbuildings may take 1 to 2 weeks. Our timeline is driven by the volume of items, property layout logistics, and our comprehensive sorting strategy for donations, recycling, and responsible disposal, leaving you with a completely cleared space with minimal stress.
Do you do more than homes?
Yes! Wherever your items are, we can get there. We’ve cleaned out garages, storage units, businesses, barns, busses, and many other places. With years of buying and selling experience we find the value in your items. Our services often end up being no charge to you or with you getting a payout.
Do I need to sort through the house before you arrive?
No, you don't need to lift a finger or sort anything beforehand unless you want to. We recommend taking out family photos, vital legal documents, and personal heirlooms before we start. Once those personal keepsakes are secured, our team handles 100% of the sorting, heavy lifting, packing, and hauling from room to room.
How does the pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the volume of items to be removed, the amount of labor required, and the overall logistics of the property (such as stairs, multi-level layouts, or outbuildings). If you opt for an estate buyout, the value of the sellable items is factored directly into the quote to lower your overall out-of-pocket costs. We always provide a transparent, upfront estimate before any work begins.
Do I need to be present during the cleanout?
You do not need to be on-site for the duration of the project. Many of our clients live out of town or prefer a completely hands-off experience. We can coordinate access via a lockbox, garage code, or real estate agent, keeping you updated with photos and progress reports until the job is completely finished.
What happens to the items that are cleared out?
We believe in responsible, sustainable diversion. Usable furniture, household goods, and clothing are sorted and directed to local donation centers, sold through our network, or repurposed whenever possible. Recyclable materials are properly processed, and only non-salvageable items go to proper waste facilities, ensuring nothing goes to unnecessary waste.
